Have you gone through a breakup and you're tired of feeling low lonely or lost? I've got a pep talk for you. I'm Sarah Curnoles, your breakup bestie. I'm a certified life coach with years of coaching experience, helping people just like you turn your breakup into the best thing that ever happened to them. Each week, tune in to get a pep talk, to heal your heart. Let go of the past, reclaim your power and get back into your main character energy. Your breakup may have shattered your world as you know it, but together let's build a new better world. Let's go.

We're going to do a different kind of episode today, my friends. We are going to tap into the power of your subconscious mind because right now your subconscious mind is taking charge, but maybe not necessarily in a way that is helping you. So I want to help you harness its power so that you can heal and feel stronger to move forward towards the best possible version of yourself. So what we're going to do is a little bit of a visualization together. And what's fun about this is that you can do this as a form of meditation. So if you want to sit somewhere and close your eyes and be in the stillness of it, fantastic. That is definitely available to you. I also know there are a lot of people that struggle with meditations. So if you want to listen to this while you are going for a walk or washing your dishes or getting ready in the morning, you can also do it that way and that way you're tapping into the power of rewiring your brain for more of a positive orientation while you're doing normal, ordinary things. So you're tapping into a different part of your unconscious mind. So either way, you can't go wrong, whether you want to do this as a meditation or if you want to do this while you are doing other things. So we're going to give this a moment so that you can go ahead and get settled in whatever it is that you're doing.

So make sure that you're somewhere where you feel comfortable and we are going to get started. Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale one more time. Inhale deeply and let it go. Let your shoulders drop and let your jaw soften. Let yourself really sink into this moment. Let yourself soften all of the tiny muscles of your face. Relax your eyes and the muscles around your eyes and soften your mouth. Whatever you're feeling right now is okay. Maybe you're feeling heavy or like there's a knot in your stomach, a lump in your throat or a tightness in your chest. That's okay and you're going to allow it to just be there. You don't have to change anything.

You're here and you are safe. Say that to yourself. I am here and I am safe. Your breakup does not define you, and your heartbreak does not break you. This is your moment of release and your moment of reclamation. I want you to imagine in front of you a roaring fire. This fire represents transformation burning away what no longer serves you. Now I want you to see the version of yourself that was in that relationship. Really see yourself, feel your energy. Maybe you were hopeful and totally in love. Maybe you were silently hurting. Maybe you stayed longer than you thought that you should or that you didn't get the love that you deserved.

Whatever up, let it rise without judgment. Just notice how you were feeling and how you were being in that relationship. Now, picture that version of yourself wearing a heavy backpack. This backpack is filled with everything from the relationship that you don't need to carry anymore. The overthinking, the self-doubt, the playing small, the regrets, the unanswered questions. Each of these is a weight weighing down the backpack that your former self is carrying. I want you to help yourself. And one by one, you are going to take each of these weights out of your backpack and throw them into the fire.

As you do that, I want you to say what you are releasing. I release the need for closure. I release the feeling of not enough or too much. I release my old identity. I release the doubt. I release the guilt. I release the pain. Release everything that you no longer want to carry. You don't have to let go of anything you don't want to let go of. Release. Only the things that you no longer want, that you no longer want to carry, let it go. And as you do, notice the backpack getting lighter. Notice yourself feeling less weighed down.

(09:12):

Feel your body getting lighter and lighter with each item that you throw into the fire. You don't need to carry this anymore. You are free. Now. Place a hand on your heart and feel the warmth beneath your palm. Feel your own rhythm. This is your power, your essence, your truth, and repeat after me, either in your mind or out loud. You're going to repeat after me. I am whole, even without them. I trust that this ending is making space for something greater. I am worthy of love. That expands me, not one that shrinks me. I am stepping into the most magnetic, confident version of me.

(11:04):

Now, imagine yourself six months from now and see that version of you in front of yourself. You're fully healed, you're glowing, you're magnetic, you're confident. See yourself and feel your energy. You are smiling, you're radiant, you are free. This version of you exists already and it's just waiting for you to step into your new energy before we step into it. We are going to rise your energy even further through the power of your breath. Breathe in and as you inhale, breathe in the possibility of all that could be in the future. And as you exhale, let go of any fear or doubt that might be lingering.

(12:42):

Do it now. Breathe in possibility, exhale, doubt. Breathe in love. Exhale, fear. Breathe in hope. Exhale, smallness. Beautiful. Now, imagine yourself stepping forward and merging with your future self. Step into that energy now, the energy of confidence, of being healed, of being magnetic and radiant, of being happy, of knowing that there are so many possibilities available for you in the future because it's all possible. What you want matters and what you want wants you. It is pulling you forward. Now, this is your fresh start. This is your moment. This is where you reclaim you. Take one more deep breath in and exhale before you open your eyes. Know that you are not just moving on, you are rising up.
